A little while ago I was treated to the most amazing afternoon by Stephanie Shephard (owner of the famous luxury Stephanie’s Spas located throughout South East Queensland, Australia) including Bulimba (Urban Spa), the Brisbane CBD at the gorgeous Sofitel (Spa Retreat), the Mountain Spa within the Mercure Clear Mountain Lodge Spa and Vineyard, Clear Mountain, a delightful Vintage Spa in the heart of Cleveland and the one I had the beautiful opportunity to visit and enjoy, Stephanie’s Ocean Spa located in the sublime Pepper’s Noosa Resort and Villas, Noosa. It was an amazing afternoon filled with luxurious pampering with an exquisite facial and a superb massage that were simply out of this world.

Stephanie’s Spa’s use the superior beauty and spa products by Payot and have a full range of services that include manicures/pedicures in the luxury lounge or a Rain Therapy Ritual performed in the superbly designed Rain Therapy Vichy suite, to massages and facials all amongst the backdrop of the magical natural setting of the National Park. Once you’ve been to the Ocean Spa you’ll (like me) want to visit again and again. The treatment Stephanie chose for me was the extraordinary “La Vie Elixir Ritual” that included the exclusive la Vie elixir spa collection and an Anti Age Control facial. In addition to these unforgettable treatments were an advanced eye and lip treatment. Within 150mins of pure bliss and restoration I felt ten years younger and my skin glowed from within with more clarity and a youthful radiance.

At Stephanie’s each massage is personalized through a variety of questions about what you’d like to achieve such as remove tension, relax, restore your energy flow etc. These answers provide the lovely attendants with insight to customize your massage with Stephanie’s Signature Oils that are used to restore your energy flow. And they indeed perform beautifully as I was more connected to my surrounding than I had been in sometime.

My visit to Stephanie’s Ocean Spa was one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had as it touched me deep in my soul and body and was an absolute delight.
